along the lands now or formerly of Dorson Wilcox a distance of 22.45 feet to
a pin; thence continuing along the lands now or formerly of Dorson Wilcox,
North 4 degrees 25’ 56” West a distance of 29.2 feet to a pin; thence North 49
degrees 58’ 20” East a distance of 32.68 feet; thence North 4 degrees 53’ East
a distance of 108.85 feet to a point in the center of Pennsylvania State
Highway Route No. 414; thence North 85 degrees 42’ 22” East along the cen-
ter of said State Highway a distance of 149.91 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 4.19 acres.
BEING referred to as Lot 2 on survey of John W. Ward, May 30, 1987,
described as Map No. L-30. Said subdivision was approved by the Bradford
Planning Commission on August 25, 1987 and was recorded in Bradford
County Register and Recorder’s Office.
