SBA approves over $5M in loans following flooding

OWEGO — The U. S. Small Business Administration has approved over $5 million in Disaster Assistance Loans for residents and business owners in New York affected by Tropical Storm Lee. The deadline to apply for physical damage is Nov. 14.
