COUNCIL VOTES TO REFINANCE $7.5M

SAYRE — The Sayre Borough Council Thursday voted to refinance the municipality’s two bond issues, which total $7.5 million. The council also voted 5-1 to approve the guarantee for the municipality’s portion of the Valley Joint Sewer Authority upgrade project. Refinancing
