A funeral service for Francis Stewart Shumway will be held at Richards Funeral Home, Owego, N.Y., on Friday, October 21, 2011, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Loretta Perry, pastor of Gospel Chapel, Owego, officiating. Burial will follow in Tioga Cemetery where military honors will be accorded.
