Local committee celebrates National ‘Food Day’

OWEGO — The Tioga County Food Day Committee held a locally-produced low cost meal in coalition with National “Food Day” Monday. Over 75 attended the lunch at the Country Side Community Center in Owego where they enjoyed a healthy meal, according to Tioga County Public Health Educator Rebecca Lewis.
