Man caught after fleeing police stop

OWEGO — An Ithaca man is in the Tioga County Jail in lieu of bail facing both misdemeanor and felony charges after allegedly fleeing the scene during a traffic stop Thursday. Jahlonnie D. Ellison, of Ithaca, was in his vehicle when he was stopped by Owego Police on Main Street.
