PennDOT gives winter-driving tips

As snowflakes have already fallen in the local area causing some winter accidents to occur, some drivers may have forgotten how to drive in winterweather. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation gives drivers tips on how to safely maneuver vehicles in the winter months.
