As the new year approaches many are making new years resolutions, with the most popular being related to weight loss and creating a healthier lifestyle. Local fitness expert Serena Cahoon, of Fitness with Serena, and registered dietitian Faith McMahon give tips on creating a feasible resolution and maintaining the resolution into the new year.
