Times File Photo TOWANDA — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has refused to hear the appeal of Steven Colegrove, who was convicted in 2008 in the murders of his father, mother and brother.
Colegrove is currently serving three sentences of life without parole for his conviction of the 2007 murders of his father Joseph, mother Marlene and brother Michael at the family home in Tuscarora Township.
Colegrove appealed his sentence to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, which denied the appeal, according to Bradford County District Attorney Dan Barrett.
Colegrove’s attorney asked the Supreme Court to review the case, and the Supreme Court issued an order on Jan. 3 that the petition had been denied, said Barrett.
