Cars collide, then strike house


A two-car accident resulted in property damage for one home on Cayuta Street in Milltown at approximately 1 p.m. Friday. A blue sedan carrying three adult passengers was struck by a green minivan as it lost control and veered into the left lane. The minivan then slid across the right side of the roadway, where it finally came to rest after striking a residence. No serious injuries were sustained by anyone involved in the accident. Responding to the scene was the Sayre Borough Police Department, the Sayre Borough Fire Department and Greater Valley Emergency Medical Services.
