Bentley Creek Watershed Project to finalize plan

After decades of planning and seeking funds, the plan for the Bentley Creek Watershed Project is now being reviewed for final approval. The project was conceived nearly 50 years ago, when representatives from both Chemung and Bradford counties began collecting information on how to maintain the watershed.
