A. Louise Manning, 85, formerly of Sayre, Pa. and Ithaca, N.Y., passed away on February 21, 2012 at Bradford County Manor, Burlington, Pa.
Friends and family may call on Saturday, March 3, 2012, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, Pa. A Memorial Service will follow at 1 p.m. at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Lynn Ensign officiating.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Allan C. Vrooman, 53, passed away on Sunday February 26, 2012. Allan was born in Waverly, N.Y., on October 21, 1958.
He was predeceased by his father, Virgil Vrooman; his brothers, Roy Sturdevant and Larry Hartman.
A Funeral Service will be held at Richards Funeral Home, Rte. 17c West, Owego, N.Y. on Friday March 2, 2012 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Gary Smith, Pastor of the Tioga Center Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Tioga Cemetery, Owego. Charlotte L. Glasgow, 90, went to her heavenly home to be reunited with her husband Billy on Monday, February 27, 2012.
Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation and time of sharing memories on Saturday, March 3, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, Main St., Nichols. Funeral services and a celebration of a life well lived for Charlotte will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dan Martin and Pastor Brown Naik, officiating.
