Local elected officials throughout Bradford County have expressed their concerns to me since House Bill 1950 “Impact Fee” legislation was rammed through the legislature and signed into law as Act 13. I share their frustration in obtaining clear answers from Harrisburg on how Act 13 will affect Bradford County.
