Alleged serial stalker pleads ‘not guilty’

TOWANDA — A Williamsport man who was charged in connection with a series of separate incidents in which he allegedly sought out and followed around several local young women has waived his formal arraignment in Bradford County Court, effectively pleading “not guilty” to the charges filed against him.
