Toomey blasts Reid over failure to hold vote on two federal court nominees

On July 19, the Senate Judiciary Committee approved Matthew Brann of Canton and Malachy Mannion of Scranton as judicial nominees for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Those nominations were then sent to the Senate floor for a final vote.
