Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Ryan Taylor, 32, of Athens, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 5 months to 23 months, fines of $500.00 plus court costs, and restitution of $2,970.00 for the offenses of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree and Theft by Unlawful Talking, a felony of the third degree.

The Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Taylor for the first offense following investigation of an incident that occurred on February 3, 2017. The Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Taylor for the second offense following investigation of an incident that occurred on December 8, 2019.

Kayden Martin, 17, of Towanda, was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of 6 months for the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

The Pennsylvania State Police arrested Martin following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township on January 9, 2019.

Clayton Tillotson, 25, of Roaring Branch, Pa. was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correction Facility for a term of 90 days to 5 years, and fines of $2,350 plus court costs for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence, a misdemeanor of the first degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance, an ungraded misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded misdemeanor, and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, an ungraded misdemeanor,

The Canton Borough Police Department arrested Tillotson for the offenses following investigation of an incident that occurred on July 12, 2018.

Kenneth Raymond, 35, of Towanda, was sentenced to incarceration in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for a term of 4 years and 7 months to 10 years, and restitution of $300.00 plus court costs for the offenses of Person Not to Possess Firearm, a felony of the first degree, Theft by Deception, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and Corruption of Minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

The Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raymond following investigation of incidents that occurred in North Towanda, Towanda, and Burlington Townships on March 28, 2019, August 10, 2018, and August 2, 2018.

George Raymond Jr., 37, of Ulster, was sentenced to incarceration in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for a term of 20 months to 5 years and fines of $1,000.00 plus court costs for the offenses of Conspiring to Commit Arson-Endangering Property, a felony of the second degree.

The Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raymond following investigation of an incident that occurred in Smithfield Township on February 2, 2018.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following person recently entered a plea of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Terilyn Walters, 22, of Towanda, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Furnishing Alcohol to Minors, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Walters will be sentenced on August 12, 2019 following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department.

The Athens Township Police Department arrested Walters for the offense on December 22, 2018.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Allen Wright, 37, of Gillett, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of 9 months. While on probation Wright will be subject to supervision by the Bradford county Probation Department. Supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use.

Additionally, Wright must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel. He will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days.
