Louise Russe, 72, of Athens, passed away Friday, Aug. 22, 2008 at Ashton Healthcare Facility in Athens.
Born Feb. 1, 1936 in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Philip and Dorothy Hempe Russe.
She is survived by her brother-in-law, Robert Beitung of Horseheads.
