The Athens Little League Minors All-star team traveled to Susquehanna and returned with a huge 16-2 win.
    Athens scored 10 runs in the first inning alone and added another run in the second and five more in the third. Susquehanna scored their two runs in the second and third.
    Pitching for Athens was Parker May who had two strikeouts and a walk before Zach Sitzman took over and had two more strikeouts and three walks.
    Hitters for Athens were May with a triple, two runs and an RBI; Sam Perri had two singles, two runs and an RBI; Austin Lister had a single, two runs and two RBI; Aaron Barry had and single and two runs; Ryan Segar had a single and a run and Shane Colegrove and Matt Collins had two runs each.
    Pitching for Susquehanna were Mason Peck and Hunter Traver who had eight strikeouts and 12 walks.
    Hitters were Seth Tewksbury had a single and a run, Jacob Hayes had two singles and a run, Ty Moon had a single and RBI and Hunter Traver had a single.
Sayre will be playing at home tomorrow against Athens at 6 p.m.
